that's grody! Check your bags before you come home :D Those suckers are fast breeding little @#$%'s! Thanks for the photo of the Gables, I've never been there. PEI does look nice, we'll have to go back someday, as with most of the maritimes.
Funny how you keep bumping into the same people you've been riding with here and there. Lots of cyclists in Canada and now i keep noticing them all over the place. Before I used to just think they were annoying obsticles to avoid while i drive - ha!
Well, look forward to your next update.
I think we'd better unpack my bags very carefully when I get home to make sure I didn't bring any of those pesky cockroaches with me.
I can't wait to be home with you guys.

Are you done yet??
So I guess the rest of your trip will be pretty relaxing...except for one more day of cycling. My parents still think you should have taken the shorter ferry ride to ride through more of Newfoundland, it's quite a nice place to visit so they say. I've heard there is lots to see there. Take lots of photos!
Well Liam, myself and his uncle and aunt went to Canada's Wonderland a couple days ago(Tuesday). Lots of money for some fun for Liam. Too bad parents have to pay just to watch their kids go on some rides. However, Liam thought it was the best, getting his picture taken with Dora and Spongebob Squarepants, riding bumper cars, airplane rides and a great waterslide park. He was exhausted on the way home. Emma spent the day with Nana and Grandad - good bonding time for them.
Mom is planning to have a garage sale this Saturday! We are going to try and sell lots of my old junk so I don't have to bring it back with me. Hope there are some takers.
Well, this adventure is almost finished and what a summer to remember for both of us! I can't wait for our next vacation/adventure...do you think we can try and take it together this time? :D

Great job Francois!! Just over 50 days to make it across the country - that's amazing! You should truly be proud of your accomplishment, that not many people get to do...actually, not many people are crazy enough to do it!
And yes, your wife is amazing!

Kudos to you for living a dream and seeing it through! And MANY THANKS for letting us ride along with you and letting us get a taste of your experiences and adventures along the way!

Congrats!!! (Wow, recurring title on here)
Snaps for you! And not just for making it all the way to Newfoundland, but for actually being able to understand them some of the time ;) . That alone deserves a reward, but you also get snaps for riding your bike all the way across the country, with only two little paniers :D Considering I didn't know what paniers were until you went on this journey, and I take 2 suitcases with me full of clothes when I go away for the weekend, that's quite an accomplishment
To answer your earlier question, my dad's place in Halifax was near the public gardens, and there were totally not enough shopping malls there, and it was also whack that the shops weren't open on Sunday, which totally sucked when I was there....but I'm digressing....
Anyways, congratulations again on making it all the way! My dad read your entire trip diary from start to finish today, so we had to put my laptop in the living room and take advantage of the wireless internet from the building next to us ;) so he could sit on the couch and read.
Anyways, I have two words: drinking party!!!!
Have a safe trip back, and partytime is a comin!
